All Island Tents has been supplying Long Island events with quality rental equipment for years. From the tables your guests sit at to the lights overhead, we carry everything you need to pull off a great outdoor event without juggling five different vendors. We deliver, we set up, we pick up.
All of our tents are clean, well-maintained, and set up by our professional crew. We do not drop off equipment and wish you luck. We build it, we make sure it is right, and we come back to break it down when the event is over.

Tables and Chairs
Round 60-inch banquet tables, 8-foot rectangular tables, cocktail high-tops, and buffet tables. Chair options include white folding chairs, padded folding chairs, and chiavari-style chairs for formal setups. We help you mix configurations to match your seating chart.
Category 2
Linens
A plain table becomes a statement with the right tablecloth. We carry linens in a wide range of colors and sizes. Overlays, napkins, and skirting also available. We will help you match your color scheme, whether that is a specific wedding palette, corporate brand color, or classic white.

Dance Floors
A dance floor turns a party into an actual party. We rent hardwood dance floors in multiple sizes. Natural wood finish or black and white tile style depending on your event aesthetic. We help you size it right so it is not empty or overcrowded.

Event Lighting
Nothing changes the feel of a tent like good lighting. For evening events, lighting is not optional. It is what makes the photos look the way you imagined. Globe string lights, bistro lighting, LED up-lighting in custom colors, and standard tent interior lighting.

Chafers and Food Service Equipment
Keep food warm and properly presented with our chafing dish rentals. We also carry coffee urns and coffee makers, serving utensils, and tray stands. Full-size stainless chafers and complete food service setups.

BBQ Grills
We rent commercial-grade propane and charcoal grills for all gathering sizes. From a family backyard BBQ to a company cookout with 150 people, we have the right setup. Staffing options available if you want someone manning the grill so you can enjoy the party.

Portable Restrooms
For events at locations without nearby restroom facilities, we offer clean, well-maintained portable restroom rentals. Luxury trailer options for upscale events available on request.

Fans and Heaters
Comfort is part of the experience. Summer events in July need circulation. Fall and winter events need heat. We stock industrial fans for warm weather and propane heaters in multiple BTU sizes for enclosed cold-weather tents.
