Our Story

All Island Tents started the same way most Long Island businesses do. Someone in the community saw a need and decided to fill it right.

We are based out of Lindenhurst, a few minutes off the parkway, right in the heart of the South Shore. Our service area stretches east to west across the Island, from Queens to the East End, because when you live here long enough, you realize Long Island is actually enormous and most rental companies service about a quarter of it. We cover all of it.

Over the years we have set up thousands of events. Backyard sweet sixteens that turned into the talk of the neighborhood. Corporate picnics that made executives stop checking their phones. Weddings where the outdoor setup was the most beautiful thing guests had ever seen at a Long Island reception. Those moments are what we are in this for.

We carry a complete inventory including frame and pole tents in multiple sizes, heated and enclosed tent systems, tables and chairs, hardwood dance floors, event lighting, linens, BBQ equipment, chafers, coffee makers, fans, portable restrooms, and more.

Whether you are planning an intimate backyard birthday or a full-scale outdoor corporate event for several hundred guests, we have the inventory and the crew to make it happen.
