Quick Answers

How far in advance should I book?

For popular dates between May and October, we recommend booking 4 to 8 weeks in advance. The further out the better for availability. That said, we also handle last-minute requests when the calendar allows. It never hurts to call even if your event is soon.

Do you deliver and set up the tent?

Yes, always. We deliver, set up, and break down everything. You do not need to touch any of it. Our crew handles full installation and picks up after the event.

What areas do you serve?

We serve all of Long Island including Nassau and Suffolk County, as well as parts of Queens. If you are not sure whether we cover your area, just call and we will let you know right away.

Can you set up on a driveway or patio?

Yes. Our frame tents are freestanding and can be installed on virtually any surface including grass, concrete, asphalt, and wood decking. Pole tents require grass or soft ground.

Do you offer heated tents for fall and winter events?

We do. Fully enclosed tent systems combined with propane heaters keep your guests comfortable even in cold weather. Fall and winter events are a regular part of what we do.
