We rent tents in a wide range of sizes, types and configurations. No two events are exactly the same and we are not going to hand you a one-size-fits-all solution. Tell us about your space, your guest count, your vision, and we will build a tent package around what you actually need.

All of our tents are clean, well-maintained, and set up by our professional crew. We do not drop off equipment and wish you luck. We build it, we make sure it is right, and we come back to break it down when the event is over.

Frame Tents

Frame tents are our most versatile option. They have a freestanding aluminum structure and can be installed on any surface including grass, pavement, concrete, decking, and patios. No stakes required. Full interior space without center poles interfering with your layout.

Pole Tents

Pole tents have a classic, elegant look especially popular at weddings and formal outdoor events. The soaring peaks give the space a dramatic, airy feel that photographs beautifully. Requires grass or soft ground for staking. Our team designs around the center poles to keep the interior functional and beautiful.

Weather Protected

Enclosed Tents

Adding sidewalls to your tent transforms it into a fully enclosed environment. Clear sidewalls keep the view while providing protection. Solid white sidewalls create a clean, formal interior look. Mix and match based on your preference. Essential for late evening events and any time weather might turn.

All Season Ready

Heated Tents

Our heated tent packages combine sidewall enclosures with propane-powered heaters so guests stay warm regardless of the forecast. We have set up heated tents for Thanksgiving gatherings, holiday parties, New Year’s Eve events, and fall weddings. Outdoor events are possible well into December.

Navitrac Tents

Navitrac tents are a stronger, more refined take on the classic frame tent. Their channeled-beam aluminum construction creates a wide, open span with no interior center poles, giving guests clear sightlines and uninterrupted floor space. The tighter, more air-tight design makes this tent an ideal choice when heating, cooling, or fans are required, and unlike pole tents, Navitracs install on grass, asphalt, or concrete. Our team tailors the roof, sidewalls, and layout to fit your venue and vision.

What Size Do You Need?

Common tent sizes include 10×10, 10×20, 20×20, 20×30, 20×40, 30×30, 30×40, 30×60 and larger. The right size depends on your guest count, seating layout, and what you are fitting under the tent (dance floor, buffet line, DJ setup, bar station). Custom and connected configurations available.
